- On the computer your scanner exports to, open Imaging, expand DDSALLY Agent for Windows and click Download DDSALLY Agent.
- Run the installer, then sign in with a practice administrator's email and password (and your two-step code).
- Choose the export folder. In CS Imaging use Patient history → Send to → Folder location → "All in one zip file" into that folder. Studies appear in your Imaging inbox.
- Other software (Planmeca Romexis, Vatech, Sirona and others): export the study into the same folder, as a zip or as a DICOM folder. Or turn on the Agent's DICOM receiver (More → DICOM receiver) and send to it from your imaging software.
- Plain images too: put one patient's JPEG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, GIF or WebP files (X-rays exported as pictures, intraoral camera photos) in a folder named after the patient — "Smith, John" — inside the export folder, or zip that folder. They arrive in the Imaging inbox as one study under that name, with the pixel values unchanged; 16-bit TIFF and PNG keep their depth. A greyscale image opens in the 2D radiograph section, a colour one as a photo. Images carry no scale, so calibrate in the viewer before measuring.
