AllyVue

More than a DICOM viewer.

AllyVue is an imaging workspace made for dentistry and the head and neck. The images a dental office actually has — from CBCT scanners, intraoral sensors, panoramic units, cameras and intraoral scanners — open in one place, in the browser, on whatever computer is in front of you.

Share a study with a colleague as easily as a link, keep your work with the image, and export it back out in standard DICOM when another system needs it.

Patient Records

Records from the patient, not from a disc in an envelope.

Some records never come from another office. A new patient has a CBCT from a practice across town, or refers themselves and brings everything with them. Email them one secure link and they send it straight to you — up to 300 MB a file, which is a whole CBCT export rather than a photo of one.

The same link carries your paperwork the other way. Send your new patient form, medical history or consent with the request; they download it, fill it in and send it back alongside their scans. One link, both directions, and nothing arrives by fax.

Send the link and your forms

Enter the patient's name, email and date of birth, then tick the forms you want completed — new patient, medical history, consent. Upload a form to your library once and send it with any request after that.

They send it all back

The patient confirms their date of birth before anything opens, then returns the completed forms and their imaging together. No account, no password, nothing to install, and everything is virus-scanned before your office can open it.

It becomes a case

Attach what arrives to an existing case, or let DDSALLY create one for a patient who referred themselves. A CBCT opens in AllyVue from there.

Behind a date-of-birth check

The link alone opens nothing. The date of birth your office typed is the second factor, and repeated wrong answers lock the link.

Scanned before you open it

Every file a patient sends is checked for malware first. Nothing downloads and nothing joins a case until it comes back clear.

On a clock, unless you say otherwise

DDSALLY moves records; it isn't where they live. Records a patient sends are kept 14 days on a paid plan and 7 on the free one, plus a grace period, and you're emailed before anything goes. Download them, attach them to a case, or press Keep — a kept record is never deleted automatically, and sits on your storage meter so nothing accumulates quietly either way.

An office you invite starts with a free 30-day trial of GP Pro (or of the Specialist plan, if it is a specialist office). If it does not subscribe, it moves to the Referring office plan, which is free and does not expire but does not include AllyVue, Patient Records or the other GP Pro features. A specialist who wants an office to keep them can sponsor that office's GP Pro plan, which is billed to the specialist and can be stopped at any time.

A provider is a clinician who sends or receives referrals; admin and front-desk staff are free. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect.
