Some records never come from another office. A new patient has a CBCT from a practice across town, or refers themselves and brings everything with them. Email them one secure link and they send it straight to you — up to 300 MB a file, which is a whole CBCT export rather than a photo of one.
The same link carries your paperwork the other way. Send your new patient form, medical history or consent with the request; they download it, fill it in and send it back alongside their scans. One link, both directions, and nothing arrives by fax.
