Subprocessors

DDSALLY subprocessors

DDSALLY LLC ("DDSALLY") uses a limited set of subcontractors — also called subprocessors — that may create, receive, maintain, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of a Practice in the course of providing the DDSALLY platform. This page is the current, authoritative list and is maintained at this stable address. It supplements, and is governed by, the DDSALLY Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

DDSALLY has a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with AWS, including its healthcare addendum.

Vendors that do not handle PHI

For transparency: DDSALLY also uses service providers that are not engaged to create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI — for example, payment processing and the website help assistant. These are not PHI subprocessors and are not listed above.

Notice of changes

DDSALLY maintains this list and keeps it current. Before — or at the time — DDSALLY engages a new subprocessor that will handle PHI, or makes another material change to this list, DDSALLY will provide notice to affected Practices by a commercially reasonable method, which may include email to the Practice's account administrator(s) and an in-product or on-page notice. A Practice's rights upon such a change, including any right to object, are governed by the BAA.
