- Open Connections and click Invite an office.
- Enter the office's email. They receive an invitation.
- Once they accept, either office can refer to the other. Invitations you sent are listed under Connections → Sent until they are accepted.
- To invite a provider you found in directory search who is not on DDSALLY, click Invite to ddsally on their result. DDSALLY reaches out on your behalf, and the request is tracked under Invites.
