How to file a signed report inside the DICOM study (Encapsulated PDF)

1. On the referral, next to a signed report's PDF button, click DICOM.
2. The same PDF is downloaded as a DICOM file (Modality DOC) that carries the study's patient details and Study UID, so a PACS or imaging program that imports the study files the report beside the images instead of in a downloads folder.
3. If the referral has no DICOM study, the file still opens but carries its own Study UID and won't join anything; the page tells you when that is the case.
