- Open Region volume in the panel.
- Click Draw outlines and outline the structure on each slice, or Seed a region and click inside an even structure.
- The volume (mm³) and largest slice area appear. To join outlines, tick two or more and click Combine outlines.
- To trace again without seeing your first tracing, tick Blind repeat tracing before you start; switch it off to compare.
